The customer is responsible for the rented property and it’s use. The customer is responsible for damage other than “Ordinary wear and tear”. You should be fine as long as the inflatables aren’t misused. Dangerous articles in the inflatables that could be dangerous to the participants as well as the inflatable as well as other unreasonable activity such as gross overloading the inflatable could cause damage that the customer would be responsible for. The one item to note is “Silly String” which can cause irreplaceable damage to the inflatable. Such damage by “Silly String” would result in a $1,000.00 fee.
How do I schedule a rental?
You can schedule through a phone call (469)712-5867, through our “Rentals” tab on Facebook, or through Rentals tab on this website. Once we receive your request we will verify availability and get back to you within 48 hours.
What if it rains or gets too windy to use the inflatable?
We will contact you the day before you are scheduled for delivery. If the weather looks to bad for the use of your bounce house, you can cancel with no fee. Once you have paid and we have set up the inflatable, you have rented it and we can’t cancel at that point. You can cancel even the morning of the event if the weather suddenly looks bad with no cost to you, we don’t want you to pay and not have fun.
Can Silly String be used in a bounce house?
No, apparently Silly String to a bounce house is like kryptonite to superman. It will damage the inflatable and there is a $1000 fee for such damage.
